W piątek, 25 października 2019 r. rozpoczęły się dwudniowe Targi Viva Seniorzy.

Seniorzy z całej Wielkopolski już po raz dziesiąty mogli wziąć udział w tej cieszącej się dużą popularnością imprezie. Imprezę otworzył zastępca prezydenta Miasta Poznania Jędrzej Solarski. Mówił on między innymi o tym, że tego typu imprezy seniorom się po prostu należą. Solarski uważa, że osoby starsze nie są dla władz naszego miasta problemem - cale swoje życie płacili podatki i teraz mają odpoczywać na emeryturach i cieszyć się życiem.

Na targach było mnóstwo ludzi. Panował gwar, ciężko było przejść między stoiskami, było ich dużo. Stoiska były licznie odwiedzane nie tylko przez seniorów - zauważyłem, że na targach było dużo młodszych osób. Liczną reprezentację miały poznańskie organizacje pozarządowe, instytucje kultury, urzędy, szpitale, domy opieki społecznej. Odbywały się pokazy taneczne - szczególną popularnością cieszyła się zumba. Bardzo podobała mi się też gimnastyka z elementami tańca brzucha. W programie znalazły się również wykłady o ziołolecznictwie oraz liczne ciekawe warsztaty. O godzinie 16:00 wystąpiła Grażyna Brodzińska.

Targi Viva Seniorzy były bardzo udane. Wydarzenie to trwale wpisało się w kalendarz imprez odbywających się w stolicy Wielkopolski Targi te stanowią znakomitą okazję do spotkań dla seniorów, umożliwiają im nawiązywanie kontaktów i pozwalają zdobyć niezbędne niekiedy informacje.
